New Package Pickup Process Beginning August 3

Your package pickup process will look a little different beginning August 3! QR codes will no longer be used to retrieve packages. Instead, you will use your Stanford Student ID Card, either your physical ID card or Mobile ID on your phone.

When you receive your package pickup email, simply go to the locker or package center listed in the notification and scan your Stanford Student ID card or Mobile ID at the card reader to retrieve your mail or package.

About the Stanford Warehouse

The Stanford Warehouse is located at 8424 Central Avenue, Newark CA 94560. This off-site logistics hub contains a conveyor belt that processes student packages that are then delivered into a locker or package center on campus.

Stanford Warehouse Hours: 

Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm

Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Closed on Stanford observed holidays.

How to Address Student Packages to the Stanford Warehouse

All students who live on campus with an active housing contract should be addressing their packages (ex. FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS packages, etc.) to the Stanford Warehouse as follows:

Student First & Last Name - SUNet ID

8424 Central Avenue

Newark, CA 94560

*Notice: Your SUNet ID is a very important unique identifier that separates you from other students. Omitting the SUNet ID from packages will cause delays in deliveries to you. Don't forget it!
