New Package Pickup Process 

Your package pickup process will look a little different beginning August 3! QR codes will no longer be used to retrieve packages. Instead, you will use your Stanford Student ID Card, either your physical ID card or Mobile ID on your phone.

When you receive your package pickup email, simply go to the locker or package center listed in the notification and scan your Stanford Student ID card or Mobile ID at the card reader to retrieve your mail or package.

Package Centers & Lockers

The Tresidder Package Center (map) is located at 459 Lagunita Drive, Stanford, CA 94305. Students who live in the area of this center, will pick up their packages here or at the Tresidder lockers. Undergrads will also address and pick up their letter mail at this center.

Do not send packages to this address, always use the Stanford Warehouse address to send packages. Once we've received your items, you will get an email with pickup instructions.

Sunday: Closed

Escondido Village Package Center (map) is located at 726 Serra St Room 135, Stanford, CA 94305 in EVGR C. Students who live in the area of this center will pick up their packages here or at the EVPC, Breezeway, or Comstock lockers.

Do not send packages to this address, always use the Stanford Warehouse address to send packages. Once we've received your items, you will get an email with pickup instructions.

About Student Lockers

Tresidder Lockers: Tresidder Locker Banks 1-10 support all undergraduate students using the Tresidder Package Center.

Escondido Village (EVPC) & Breezeway Lockers:

  • EVPC Locker Banks 1-6 are located behind the EV package center.
  • Breezeway Lockers at EVGR B and EVGR C:
    • Breezeway B1, B2, B3 lockers are located in EVGR B Breezeway outside
    • Breezeway C1 lockers are located in EVGR C Breezeway outside

EVPC and Breezeway lockers serve the same area. Packages may be placed in any of the 10 locker banks. Please pay attention to the email notification that will specify which locker bank.

Comstock Lockers: Comstock Locker Banks 1-4 are located at 160 Comstock for residences in this area.

If your package has been placed in a locker, you will receive an email notification from "noreply_mailservices@stanford.edu" that includes the location, locker bank, and PIN code. Each locker bank is numbered on the outside for your convenience. Please always check your email notifications from the package center for specific locker bank pick up instructions and location.
