Mail Codes - Main Academic Campus

Four digit campus mail codes are managed by Land, Buildings and Real Estate - Mail & Package Services. Please use this site (SuNet ID required to view) to review or search mail codes for the main academic campus.

Have a question about your mail code, delivery route, or have a change in work location? Submit a help ticket here for all mail code requests.

Mail Code Tips:

  • Do not make up or assign your own mail code! Each mail code is specific to a department and part of a routing system. All changes and requests must go through our department as a help ticket linked above.
  • Campus mail codes are different than a US Post Office Zip+4 system. to view the USPS Zip+4 code for your work address, click here.

Mail Codes - Hospitals and School of Medicine

Stanford Health Care (SHC), Lucile Packard Children's Hospital (LPCH), and School of Medicine (SoM) mail codes are not managed by LBRE's Mail & Package Services. SHC mail codes are managed independently. A copy of that information can be found on this site by clicking on the "SHC Mail Codes" button.
